ROUNDUP BEAN CASSEROLE

1 # Gound Beef

1 Medium Onion, chopped

1 Green Pepper, chopped

1 1# Can of Pork & Beans

3 1# Cans of Beans

Butter Beans

Kidney Beans

Great Northern Beans

Pinto Beans

Garbonzo Beans

¾ Cup Brown Sugar

½ Cup Catsup

1 tsp Mustard

2 T Vinegar

Salt & Pepper

 

Brown the meat, onion & peppers.  Mix in the beans.   Using all of the ‘bean juice’ makes the casserole more runny.  Sometimes I drain some of the juice and discard.  (I use one can of pork & beans and three other cans – if the recipe is doubled, use two cans of pork & beans.)

 

Add other ingredients and mix well.  Put in uncovered casserole, bake two hours at 350 degrees.
