MAPLE BAKED PORK LOIN ROAST

1 4# Boneless Pork Loin

¾ Cup Maple Syrup

¾ Cup Ketsup

1/3 Cup Water

1 Tblsp Minced Garlic

Salt & Pepper to taste

 

Heat some oil in a large skillet and add pork roast to brown on both sides.

 

Place onto a large sheet of aluminum foil.

 

Mix together Maple Syrup, Ketchup, Water & Garlic.  Pour ¾ of mixture over pork loin.  Fold foil over pork and seal to form a packet.

 

Bake at 350 about 2 hours until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees. 

 

Serve remaining sauce with sliced meat.
