MEATLOAF MUFFINS

2 # Gound Beef

1 Box Stove Top Stuffing

2 Eggs

½ Cup Water

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Divide into 12-count muffin pan.

OPTIONAL CHEESE SURPRISE:

Fill muffin tin half way, add a chunk of cheese, then complete filling.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Caution: Put a pan under the muffin tin to collect grease which may come out.
