Beef Heart Stew

 

4 # Beef Heart, cubed

2 Tbl Flour

2 Tbl Vegetable Oil

1 Large Onion, sliced

1 Cup Water

2 tsp Salt

½ tsp Seasoned Salt

 

Roll cubed heart in flour until coated.  Heat oil and drop heart pieces in oil until browned.  Stir in onion and water.  Add salt.  Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 hours.

 

Serve over noodles.
